Shubhangad Industries functions in a covered area of 5500 sft with a sanctioned load of 75 Hp. The unit is presently utilizing 60% of its working capacity and 40% capacity is available for exploring additional business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Enquiries or RFQ’s received from business prospects are converted into orders through techno commercial offers and negotiations.<\/p>\n

Orders are executed through a process of making quality plans, process flow diagrams, QA\/QC check lists and manufacture of toolings and special cutting tools. Production runs to customer schedules are executed after sample approval processes as per specific customer requirements.<\/p>\n

Established purchase processes are implemented for procurement of raw materials, cutting tools and consumables.<\/p>\n
